Hear from photographer and educator Wendel White, who has been featured multiple times throughout the years on State of the Arts. A longtime enthusiast of sharing his work through virtual platforms, Wendel discusses how he’s been creating and sharing during the pandemic, highlighting the power of accessibility through both onsite and online media.

I am honored to join Arlene Keizer and Casey Ruble in the “Red Summer Remembered” exhibition at the Pratt Institute Library on the Brooklyn campus. This exhibit is a continuation of our presentation at the MLA International Symposium in Lisbon this summer. We will discuss our work at the reception on September 24 at 4pm.
On June 12, at the Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton, NJ. Day long workshops and presentations. I will be making a presentation about my work which responds to the events of Red Summer (1919 race riots).
Work from the Manifest portfolio will be included in the upcoming exhibition curated by Greg Leshe on display at Morris Arts in Morristown, NJ.
From Dürer to Digital and 3D curated by Judith Brodsky at The Trenton City Museum at Ellarslie. March 8 to April 28, 2019. Work from my Red Summer and Manifest portfolio will be included.
Images from the Red Summer project continue to travel to various sites around the U.S. as part of The FENCE 2018. This is my section as it appeared in October 2018 on the Santa Fe installation at the Railyard.
